o Salient features of the Ph.D. thesis work: We developed a work pipeline toward
fermentative optimization, LC-MS/MS characterization, and unraveling entomotoxicity
mechanisms of swainsonine on insect cell cultures.

• Metabolomic approaches in holobiont and host-microbiome interactions.
• Simulating and testing ‘Host-Microbiome’ models.
• Computational Metabolomics & high throughput ‘multi-omics’ approaches.
