- Prof. U C Naithani – Area of Specialization- (Ferroelectric perovskites) Condensed Matter Physics Over 70 Research papers have been published in the National and International journals. 5 Research scholars have been awarded D.Phil. Degree of HNB Garhwal University under the supervision of Prof U C Naithani, 3 students have submitted their D Phil thesis and 3 are registered.

- Dr S. C Gairola- Area of Specialization- Solid State Physics. He has 19 years of Research experience and published 8 research papers. 1 Research scholar is registered under his supervision for D Phil. Degree.
- Dr Piyush Sinha- Area of Specialization- Atomic and Molecular collisions. Dr Sinha has 19 years and published 10 research papers. he is the recipient of Group Study Exchange Award and Paul Harris Fellowship of Rotary Foundation
- Dr. Arun Rawat working in High Energy Physics, He has 19 years of teaching experience and 7 Papers are published.
